Want to run a Spartan Race for free?
Changing Perspectives has partnered with Spartan through its Race for a Cause program to offer a limited number of free race registration codes.
Participants create and share a fundraising page for Changing Perspectives and then receive free registration for any Spartan Race between now and December 2026.
This could be a great fit for someone who loves fitness challenges, obstacle course races, endurance events, team challenges, or big bucket-list goals.

Student mental health is not separate from student success.
When students are navigating mental health challenges, it can affect how they show up at school, how they connect with others, how they participate in learning, and how supported they feel throughout the day.
Schools play a critical role in student well-being because they are often where students spend much of their time, build relationships, and access support.
This Mental Health Month, the theme is More Good Days, Together. For students, more good days begin with school communities that prioritize connection, belonging, emotional safety, and meaningful support.
