Zunie Nguyen, CPA/PFS, MPA, founder and CEO of Yogi CPA, is one of this year’s Emerging Leader nominees.
After beginning her career in Big Four accounting, Zunie launched Yogi CPA with a focus on financial mindfulness, helping individuals and entrepreneurs align financial decisions with long-term well-being. During the pandemic, she supported small businesses in securing over $9 million in PPP and EIDL funding, expanding access to critical resources for underserved communities.
She continues to push the profession forward through innovation and thought leadership, implementing AI-enabled workflows and developing offshore team models. Her contributions also extend to the CPA.com Digital CPA Advisory Board and Ramp's Accounting Advisory Board. Diana Zambrano, senior tax manager at RJI CPAs, is one of this year’s Trailblazer nominees.
At RJI, Diana helps shape both the structure and culture of the tax department. She leads a team of seven professionals, implementing systems that improve workflow, including proactive workload planning and regular check-ins that help teams stay aligned and reduce stress during peak seasons.
