I am very proud and happy that I get to provide a valuable service to my community and help many families achieve home ownership. Dealing with the Hispanic community as often as I do, I tend to hear similar concerns and stories. Often times I hear about how they or a family member lost a home in the past due to the 2008 market crash. I hear about how they bought a home in the past and certain things weren’t fully explained or simply they didn’t have an agent who spoke their first language and miscommunications happened.
