We’re excited to share that Purple Tree will be participating in a new 3-part webinar series hosted by the California Employers Association in partnership with SETA : Demystifying Disabilities in the Workplace.

This free webinar series is designed to help employers better understand inclusive hiring, workplace accessibility, and the benefits of employing individuals with disabilities. Purple Tree will be joining an incredible group of partners — including the California Department of Rehabilitation, UC Davis MIND Institute, PRIDE Industries, Meristem , and others — to share real-world examples of inclusive employment in action.

At Purple Tree, we see every day how meaningful, supported employment builds confidence, community, and opportunity. We’re proud to help showcase what inclusive workplaces can look like and why they matter.

Little Green Alien 👽 recently attempted to measure Purple Tree's total energy outputs with specialized intergalactic instruments. 📡📶

At first, the readings were completely normal:

🍪 pastry distribution
👣 customer traffic
⚡ caffeine activity

But then his instruments detected employees encouraging one another, customers patiently supporting the team during busy moments, and people returning again and again because they genuinely care about the mission. That's when the warnings started flashing. Apparently kindness, encouragement, and community support are completely OFF THE CHARTS 📈💜
