This week, the Capital Rivers team had the opportunity to participate in a workshop with Ken Golde of Breakthrough Leadership Training.
The session challenged us to be more intentional in how we think, communicate, and show up for one another. Through The F.A.S.T. Way, we explored how our feelings, actions, speech, and thoughts influence the trust, collaboration, and accountability we build across our team.

🤝 Capital Rivers Commercial X New Day Commercial Capital Happy Hour
Brokers, lenders, and capital providers recently gathered for an evening of networking at the Capital Rivers office.
