This cottage is fully furnished with pot, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, towels, sheets, bed, tables and more. The owners pay for most of the utilities. No smoking, no pets

We are looking for excellent credit, good rental history and income of 3 times the rent.

I have not worked a whole lot in the last few years. I took care of my mom for 4 years. Last year, I was in a horrible accident. I broke 17 bones coming off of a horse. I came close to losing my life with a punctured lung, concussion, 15 broken ribs, shattered my clavicle and broke my scapula. Today, I’m ready to move forward.
