My 40s were rough…

But as I approach 55, life feels richer, lighter, and more joyful than I ever imagined.

The truth is, these gifts didn’t simply arrive with age. They’ve come through healing, growth, letting go of perfection, and becoming more fully myself.

I wouldn’t trade this chapter for anything.

What gifts are you enjoying in midlife? I’d love to hear what’s surprised you most about this season of life.

I’ve seen women spend thousands of dollars chasing a feeling they hoped would come with the next outfit, the next handbag, or the next trend. The truth is, confidence doesn’t come from what’s hanging in your closet.

It comes from understanding who you are.

When you discover your unique style, honor your personality, and learn how to express that through your clothing, something shifts.

Your image becomes an extension of who you already are instead of something you’re trying to hide behind.

That’s the journey I love guiding women through.

Because when your outer image aligns with your inner identity, you can walk into any room—whether it’s a luxury boutique, a boardroom, or your favorite neighborhood coffee shop—with the same quiet confidence.

Alignment is always more powerful than labels.

✨ Have you ever noticed the difference between wearing something expensive and wearing something that simply feels like you?

What if the biggest transformation wasn’t your wardrobe… but your willingness to be seen?

One of the greatest privileges of my work is watching women begin to see themselves differently. The confidence comes first. The clothes simply become a reflection of it.

Dolores is an incredible business and speaking coach who has helped transform my own business over the years. Her wisdom, encouragement, and strategic guidance have made a lasting impact on me.

So it has been especially meaningful to help her align her image with the powerful woman she already is.

As you’ll see in her words, this wasn’t about buying nicer clothes. It was about giving herself permission to fully step into who she is.

When your image reflects your identity, something shifts. You walk into rooms differently. You communicate differently. You show up with greater confidence—and people respond.

Thank you, , for trusting me with this part of your journey. Watching you embrace your Million Dollar Look has been such a joy, and I’m grateful for the ways you’ve helped shape mine as well. 💛

Have you ever noticed that when you feel more aligned with yourself, you show up differently in every area of your life?

Confession... I “read” while I’m in motion. 🚴‍♀️🎧

Bike rides. Runs. Driving. Folding laundry. Cooking dinner.

If my hands are busy and my brain is free, there’s a good chance I’ve got an audiobook playing.

These are two of my favorites from this summer:

📚 Theo of Golden by Allen Levi — a warm, uplifting story that reminds us of the power of kindness, friendship, and what can happen when we truly see the people around us.

📚 The Calamity Club by Kathryn Stockett — yes, it starts with some tension (don’t all good stories?), but it becomes a wonderful story of resourceful women finding courage, resilience, and creative ways to overcome impossible circumstances.

Apparently I have a soft spot for stories about people who choose kindness... and women who refuse to let obstacles define them.

What have you been listening to lately? I’m always looking for my next great audiobook.
