Week 1 of bootcamp is in the books and this group came out swinging.

We started with culture and expectations, then jumped straight into scripting and role play.

By day two, everyone was hands-on in the CRM working test leads and watching me make live calls.

Day three we hit the phones for real, 10 contacts a day to start building momentum.

Day four Kevin showed rapid follow-up in action.

Day five we got real about accountability: who’s sprinting, who’s sprinkling, who’s stuck.

Now it’s week 2.
The focus: calling the database hard while completing our on-demand training.

By Friday the standard is 70 contacts logged.

We’ve onboarded 150+ agents over the past two years, and the goal is always the same - get a deal in motion (PM contract, buyer rep, purchase, or listing) before the end of bootcamp.
