We had a fun and yummy time creating a healthy smoothie!! 3rd and 4th finished their second cooking lesson. We learned about how important red foods are, especially for the heart. I hope they have been checking those food labels and eating more fruits!! EAT THE RAINBOW🍓🍅🍉🫜
