❤️‍🩹Be mindful not to get trapped in a place you’re powerless like the past or future.

Those are place that create feelings of depression anger resentments fear and anxiety.

Only worry about the now where you have the power to affect things.

Control what you can now and leave the rest up to faith unless it manifests.

Likely, you will be having fear about things that will actually never happen. You were just doing that to yourself.

Why give yourself fear about things that are imaginary

If they’re not happening. They don’t exist. Don’t give them power.

Trust the process of life and have faith that the outcome is for your greater good. Even if it feels like the opposite. You’re just being tested.
