Recon Monkey is the first and original R&I training and staffing service for the auto body and hail repair industry. We provide upfront and ongoing training at no cost to our techs and we place them in high volume auto body and hail damage repair shops that we have partnered with.

We are currently seeking new or experienced R&I Techs for the upcoming hail season.

Job Description

Technicians needed to Removal & Install (R&I) light duty automotive body parts, panels, bumpers, interiors, mirrors, headliners, tail lights, etc. before repairs made and reassemble vehicle once repairs are complete. Techs will also handle pre and post scans as well as new parts installation.

Job Responsibilities

Review each vehicle to understand repairs needed prior to beginning work.
Perform initial removal of assigned parts from vehicle.
Re-Assemble repaired vehicle and install new parts as needed.
Pre and post scan vehicles and provide reports
Perform quality control procedures on each vehicle
Maintain accurate digital records of each service performed
Report any equipment problems or failures to management immediately.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Automotive collision repair or Vocational school experience preferred
Valid Driver License and Reliable Transportation
We will train you 100% from the ground up if you do not have experience.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to stand and walk. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Manual dexterity, repetitive motion tasks.
