Weight loss after 40 isn’t always harder because your metabolism crashed.

A lot of times, life just changed.

You sit more.
You move less.
You work longer hours.
You eat for energy, stress, or boredom.

Then weight loss feels impossible.

Move more on purpose.

A simple rule:
For every hour you sit, aim for 10 minutes of movement.

Walk, lift, stretch, get outside... just move.

If you're over 40 and your balance sucks, your workouts probably need more single-leg work.

Everybody should know how to squat.
