Welcome to Cotton Mill Learning Center! We are proud to celebrate 26 wonderful years of providing high-quality, loving child care in an exciting learning environment to the Rowlett area. By offering a wide range of creative and physical activities, Cotton Mill’s exclusive curriculum provides a variety of practical life, cultural, and nature-based experiences, as well as age-appropriate academics. We are fully licensed to provide care for children from 18 months through 12 years of age.
