Upgrade Studio ATX

Installed a 16 ft metal handrail at the front entrance that had six large steps.

Removed shower wall panels and tray. Re-routed plumbing for new rain shower fixture. Installed Hardiebacker and coated with Redgard sealant. Tiled all around shower and tub, including 3 niches and a continuous trim band. Insulated tub while bottom was exposed. Installed frameless shower glass. Also replaced the exhaust fan with a larger one and installed recessed lighting over the shower.

Designed and constructed a 6’W x 4’ D x 4’H trash bin shield, lined with paver stones for easy roll in and out. The rain gutter down pipe was redirected and the wall has an electrical conduit to allow easy connection to the outlet behind the wall.
