This low-density multifamily project features a standardized layout of identical 16-unit buildings with a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom units—an efficient, replicable approach to residential development.

The design blends traditional forms and materials (brick, pitched gables) with modern touches like dark-framed windows, clean lines, and natural landscaping to create a welcoming, walkable environment.

Conversations that shape communities

In June, MOD Architecture joined leaders from across Texas at the 89th Legislative Session Executive Review to explore how policy decisions will impact our economy, workforce, and daily lives.

Hosted by the Round Rock Chamber and YTEXAS, this event brought together voices from government and industry to discuss Texas’ $338B budget, growth in key industries like advanced manufacturing and film, and strategies for building strong, future-ready communities.

As a firm rooted in Central Texas, we’re proud to participate in these critical conversations about the future of our state and the role local businesses play in it. Thank you to the Round Rock Chamber for leading the way in connecting business and policy.

Had a fantastic time at the Habitat for Humanity Builders Ball ’24! Truly great to see community leaders and advocates come together to support affordable housing and the critical work Habitat does for families in our community. The message was clear-together we can make a difference in tackling the housing challenges our community faces.

Great insights at yesterday’s Round Rock Chamber Power Lunch, where panelists highlighted Texas’ strong economic outlook. With major companies like SpaceX choosing to relocate their headquarters here, it’s easy to see why a panelist described Texas as having 'the best economy in the galaxy'. Thanks to the Chamber and panelists for an informative discussion on key priorities for the upcoming legislative session.
