NEW Beginner Equipment Series!!!

This beginner series introduces students to the fundamentals of Pilates using the Pilates equipment in a small group setting. Students will become familiar with the Principles of Pilates while using the Reformers, Towers and Chairs; progressing as a group.

6 sessions - $180.
This series will meet on Mondays at 5:30pm on following days: May 4, 11 and 18th and June 8, 15 and 22.
