Phlebotomy Review: BAD Customer Service skill and Phlebotomy NEEDLES don't mix! Phlebotomy is more than "sticking". You MUST possess GREAT communication and verbal skills, if not.....forget it!! A pleasant attitude goes a loooooong way!!!
