In order for the village to grow, we must show up for it. 💫

Our Prenatal Flow classes are full of vibrant, authentic, and compassionate community just waiting for you to take a place in the circle. Tonight, we shared our victories and challenges, shared resources, shared our practice, and shared a beautiful space of presence for these fleeting moments.
