Good morning fb family and friends, hope everyone has a beautiful Sunday. I probably should have went to church butt, maybe next time. Church don't make me a believer it helps me get involved with this so called life. Be a part of the group that wants to be better people, nicer people, godly people. Etc,etc,
So today I need to cut back on some bad habits, I always try at least to do this everyday. I woke up with a migrane again this morning. So it's something I'm doing the day before to an excess. I'm using something to much and its that's making me sick. Ni****ne, caffeine, sugar, couple of things it could be. So I'll have one dip, one coke and one candy.
I'm no doctor, probably would have be the best butt, blood pressure and sinus problem usually result in headaches. Both of these I have trouble with, so I can now come up with a solution.
Anyways, God is good to give me another chance to make things right, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
