🌟 Keeping Up with TransitionPLUS! 🌟

It’s been another exciting month for our TransitionPLUS participants, filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and build independence!

From planting trees alongside Groundwork Elizabeth to making homemade pizzas in our Vocational & Life Skills Development Center, participants continued developing workplace, life, and social skills through hands-on experiences.

They also explored local parks, visited Trailside Nature Center to learn about wildlife, and created Father's Day keychains while learning how to use sewing machines.

Every activity is designed to build confidence, encourage teamwork, and prepare young adults with disabilities for greater independence and future employment.

We're proud of everything our TransitionPLUS participants continue to accomplish and can't wait to see what next month brings!
