Rucked the Turkey trot this morning with my family. A great way to start the holiday, and made sure to earn my carbs for the rest of the day. Hoping all had a wonderful thanksgiving!

Race finished! Took about an hour. Keith was an awesome race partner as always. This was tough, and we need to challenge ourselves from time to time to prevent us from getting to comfortable. A wonderful weekend in Boston and now it is time to relax and celebrate.
