I took photography in community college back in 1990. Back then, we were shooting on film and learning how to work in a darkroom. I bought a Pentax K-1000 from Kmart in Porterville, CA. In the late 90's I started with Photoshop.

Fast forward 36 years and it's a whole new world with an amazing digital tool set. Photo stacking, digital compositing, HDR workflow... A year ago AI could not even output a picture of a human with the correct amount of fingers. Now, I can upload picture to a website that animates them and does a decent job while doing it. I'm not sold on AI, but the toolset available to us is getting amazing.
