Persons wishing to receive piercings that are under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian; Parent or legal guardian must have photo ID and must be 18 years of age or older. Also, the birth certificate of the minor must be presented at the time of the appointment. Legal guardians must show proof that they are the minor's current legal guardian.
