This morning, a few of us made the questionable decision to take on the Impossible Mile workout at Barron Stadium 😅💪
If you’ve never done it before, just know… it’s one of those workouts you survive once and then immediately say, “Never again” 😂
1 mile total:
🔥 Lap 1: Burpee Broad Jumps
🔥 Lap 2: Walking Lunges
🔥 Lap 3: Bear Crawl
🔥 Lap 4: Run/Sprint
Every lap got harder, every muscle started screaming, but we pushed through and finished strong. Huge respect to everyone who showed up and completed it this morning. These are the brave souls who embraced the pain and conquered the Impossible Mile! 👊
