⚠️ New World Screwworm (NWS) has been detected in the U.S. for the first time in 60 years.

This parasitic fly can infest open wounds in dogs and other warm-blooded animals, causing serious injury and infection.

If you're traveling with dogs, check your state's updated inspection and health requirements, monitor wounds closely, and contact your veterinarian immediately if you suspect an infestation.
