AIR RACING ARRIVES AT ROME – Join us October 15-16 for the 2022 WingsOverNorthGeorgia.com airshow where the inaugural AirShow Racing Series will be introduced to the North American Air Show Industry at Rome’s Russell Regional Airport. Super Sport and Extreme Sport class competitors utilize two racing lanes with 10 pylons spaced approximately 600 feet apart for the dual (side-by-side), slalom-style competition for three exciting racing laps. The course is a three-dimensional track for multiple heats of match-racing competition. The USAF A-10 and QYON S-211 Jet Demo Teams are featured along with America’s top aerobatic and military performers.
