A little before and after of a shop that needed a few touches. Overpoured the existing floor with fiber reinforced concrete to create a smooth finish over the very rough and hard to sweep original floor. It also prevents water entry that was an issue as it’s situated at the bottom of a hill, and now the floor is adequate for a lift to be installed if ever that should happen. Mike Bridges Concrete did the floor. Then we painted, hung some metal , added outlets, and built a workbench. There is an unfortunate lack of photos

Lots of pictures with this one as we worked for this client for well over a year straight! New siding, a few new windows, new composite decking and aluminum hand railing, painted the foundation, completely waterproofed and remodeled the “pool changing room”, basement shelving, lots of plumbing changes, screened in porchcomplete master bath remodel, new master closet configuration, pantry shelving, kitchen countertops, backsplash and iron pipe shelves, flooring throughout, enclosed the existing two car garage to include a new bathroom, laundry room (moved from the basement to main floor), home office, and soundproofed HOME THEATER!!! The theater also houses their new infrared sauna. We then built a new two car garage in front of the original. Hand built and stained shutters and much more I’m sure I’m forgetting. Great people and a fun job.
