We will treat you with dignity and respect as well as thoroughly explain the bonding process. Our company is founded on the belief that while our legal system may not be perfect, it's the best model in existence today. The cornerstone of our criminal justice system is that anyone accused of a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty. In addition, anyone who has been charged with a crime has the right to bail, in most cases.

Boys and Girls, it’s….. Carnival time! We have three more evenings of the 88th… (Yes, this our 88th year!) Rolla Lions Club Carnival. I have a vivid memory of being about 4 years old and my dad took me on the ferris wheel for the first time. I’m pretty sure thats when we found out that Michael doesn’t like heights. 😁 Our Rolla Lions Club does some fantastic things right here in this community. A big part of the ability to do those things comes from the money we raise during the carnival. So come on out and bring the family, it’s a great time and it’s for an even better cause!

A long overdue update!! We have moved to our new offices! We are now located at 411 W Highway 72 here in Rolla, Missouri. Our old location served us well for several years but we have grown to the point it was getting pretty crowded.

I'm really excited to finally be up and running here. Please stop by and say hi! We have also started a payday loan company next door. Kim Constable is our officer manager for Rolla Payday Loan and is doing a great job.

So many things happening and so much yet to do!

So let's start off with what a reputable bond company does right...

The bailbond industry has a long and historic partnership in the criminal justice system. The purpose of bail is to ensure the appearance of the defendant in Court. Private bail has done this for generations in the United States with an astounding record of reliability and accountability at no cost to the taxpayer.

Bail agents track and monitor defendants to ensure they appear in Court and receive their sentences. Bail agents and the insurance company backing the bonds are monetarily responsible for defendants released on bail. If a defendant flees, the bail agent must return the defendant to jail or pay the Court, often large sums of money. Bail agents not only have a financial interest in making sure a defendant appears in Court, but they also have a fiduciary commitment to the Courts, taxpayers, and victims of crime.

Taxpayer-funded pretrial services programs are not financially or physically responsible for their clients, nor do they attempt to apprehend a defendant if they fail to appear in Court. We as bond agents do and overall, we have an outstanding record of success. Again, with no cost to the public.
