~Ladies: don’t wait for your man to turn into a hopeless romantic. Make some plans that you think would be romantic and fully enjoy the moment to him. Taking the pressure off him can be your gift and you can both enjoy your time together. Light the candles, and turn on some music and provide him a delicious quiet meal at home.

~ Guys: need some flowers but you waited too long? Run to the grocery store and grab some pretty ones. Pull off any dead petals and put those flowers in a vase yourself. Vases are back by the fabric area in Walmart or you can find some at Hobby Lobby. Don’t just give them to her. Look her in the eye and tell her she makes your life beautiful.

~ Are you a young and hard working dad with a tight budget and family to take care of? Turn a sweet song on and slow dance. Tell the world and the little kids at your knees to hush while you take the moment to enjoy being with her.

~ Skip the romantic evening and celebrate the love of family and friends with some good food and music.
