Here's a pic of what the Hobbs State Park house looks like now with another pic of the new concept. Video of the remodeled house already posted. That second floor makes all the difference.
An investor in Airbnb properties purchased a little house out towards Hobbs State Park and decided to tear off the roof and add a second story to make more room for guests. Here's the project so far.
A local contractor had a client who wanted a covered outdoor space with a fireplace and kitchen. The homeowner sent over a few examples of what he was looking for. Here's a brief video of the finished product.
I was hired by a client in TN to help him design a house he's planning to build. He gave me a basic sketch of the floorplan with exterior & garage dimensions only and this is what we ended up with. One more happy client for R3model!
