We’re excited to introduce Carson Scott to the CoFounder community! Carson is not only building spaces but also helping to shape the future of Northwest Arkansas in a really meaningful way.

Carson is a Project Manager with Crossland Construction and is currently leading work on The Visionaries, a project many of you are already familiar with and super excited about. There’s something special about the people behind the places we work and gather in, and Carson brings a steady, thoughtful, and intentional presence to that work.

What inspired you to start or pursue this work?
I was pursuing a degree in Business and Marketing in College. I figured I should try to pick a type of business to pursue, and I knew I liked building things, so I went ahead and changed my major to construction, and it’s been one of the best choices I’ve ever made!

What are you currently most excited about or working on right now?
I’m looking forward to finishing up The Visionaries and welcoming people into that space. I’m excited to keep building cool new spaces in NWA, it’s a privilege to get to be part of community-changing projects!

Three words that describe you as a founder or leader:
Steady - Principled - Builder (teams, systems, culture - not just projects)

What helps you stay grounded or sane while building a business?
Faith in Jesus and my family. Keeping my eye on what really matters helps me stay grounded in a chaotic, constantly changing work environment.
