It is with heavy hearts we announce that Pasta Roma will be shutting its doors. While the food truck was an almost immediate success (thanks to your loyal patronage!), we have had to part ways with our parent company due to circumstances beyond our control. This food truck was quite literally a dream come true for us, and we can’t say grazie enough for making it all possible.

For those of you (like us) that simply CANNOT live without authentic Italian food, shoot us a DM if you’re ever craving lasagna. Your favorite Italian friend might still be able to help you out.😏 Vi vogliamo bene!!🇮🇹❤️
