A Houston-based company is planning to construct a massive 50,000-acre data center hub near Laredo, Texas, dubbed "Data City, Texas." Energy Abundance Development Corp. plans to build the world’s largest green-powered data center hub. The project will start with 300 megawatts of power and 1 million square feet of space in 2026, scaling up significantly in subsequent phases.
