Sunday, May 24: Jesus and the Children, Mark 10:13-16.
Thanks to a video problem the introduction to this sermon was not recorded. Pastor Dave read the text and noted that, unlike His self-important Disciples, Jesus welcomed the children. He discusses 4 childlike qualities he believes the Lord valued.
1. Children receive gifts with joy.
2. Children tend to be serious only about serious things.
3. Children take joy in simple things.
4. Children tend to be completely honest.
