He retired from the Rocky Mount Fire Department where he served as Chief. Kenneth assists in the area of Pastoral Care at Englewood Baptist Church and is the administrator for the City of Refuge Foundation. Mission Field is the first phase of The City of Refuge project and will include a 22,000-square-foot family playground, a picnic shelter, and a Miracle League Baseball field.
