For my 21st birthday, I just wanted to go down memory lane and reflect on how far I’ve come….mentally and physically!

Over 300lbs my freshman to junior year, I made a promise to myself to get in shape! I lost over half the weight and I FEEL GREAT, so now I teach others how to live a healthy lifestyle.

Thank you to Ms Jackie Shaw @ Truth Tabernacle Ministries for inviting me to present Heart Healthy recipes for the group each month.
We have learned so much and I got Mr Carl to love some of my meatless dishes…. I’m winning 😂

Then my journey led me to Northgreen Country Club where I met Ms Linda and Ms Tonya who taught me everything they knew and prepared me for where I am right now!

They trained me WELL and exposed me to amazing opportunities. The US Food Expo will always be #1 for me! It inspired me on so many levels!

While private catering for my first client… Mrs Sharice, I met Mr. and Mrs Johnson aka DJ’s Rockin Ribs who taught me all about the food truck business. I’m grateful for the experience and the opportunities they have given me!
