We are looking for:

Rafaela began working at Channell in September 2018 as a Document Control Clerk and in July of 2019, she became an Inventory Control Clerk.

Rafaela established herself through her hard work, great attitude, and willingness to help in any manner needed. These qualities were noticed, and she was promoted to Supervisor in Inventory Control in March 2021.

In January 2022 when a position opened up as a Production Supervisor in Fiber, Rafaela was an obvious choice for this vital position.

Rafaela’s wonderful attitude and innate abilities as a leader provide a great example for all to follow. Channell is thankful to have Rafaela as a member of our family.

Joshua Liles began working at Channell in June 2021 as a Machine Operator in the SMC Department. Josh very quickly established himself within the department as a reliable, hardworking employee. Just three months after being hired, Josh was promoted to the Lead Machine Operator on his shift.

Josh is a Navy Veteran and his natural leadership abilities and great attitude continued to stand out and were recognized in November 2021 when Josh was promoted to Supervisor, 1st Shift SMC.

Josh is a great example for all to emulate. His tremendous work ethic and can-do attitude are traits that help him to stand out as a leader. Channell is fortunate to have Josh as a member of our family.

Austin is a great example of the opportunities that exist with Channell. Austin began working at Channell in July 2017 in the Structural Foam Department. His talents were quickly recognized, and he transferred to become a Document Control Clerk in August 2017.

In July 2019, he was advanced, this time as an Inventory/Transactions Clerk and in April 2020 Austin became the Lead in Inventory/Transactions.

Austin’s aptitude with planning, organizing and implementation was noted by his superiors. These skills along with his great attitude, and work ethic were rewarded with a promotion in April 2021 to Production Planner in the Plastics department.

Austin is a notable example for all to emulate. His work ethic and can-do attitude helped him to stand out and quickly advance within the company. Channell is fortunate to have Austin as a member of our family.
