TBF Training has been coaching open water swimming for twenty-three years and has helped hundreds of triathletes improve their swim comfort and efficiency.

Our 16-week Summer Open Water Swim Class is $375 for two times a week: Monday and Wednesday nights. We are offering a Special on our TEAM TBF 2026 Annual Pass, which includes the Summer Open Water Swim Class, plus our Spring, Summer and Fall/Winter Cycling programs (meets every Sunday), our Boot Camp program (meets every Tuesday night) and our Track Attack Run program (meets every Thursday night) - for only $400.

Get the TBF Open Water Swim Class, and for an extra $25 get a full year of Coached workouts and Coaching for Cycling, Running, and Strengh Training. This is the Deal of the year.

Saturday, January 10th is the IPA Trail Runs at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake.

The IPA Trail Run features a 5K & 12K race with custom IPA Trail Run hats for each finisher plus hot food and cold beer at the finish line.
