Every Leadership Brevard graduate leaves with more than a certificate, they leave with a fractal.
A fractal is a digital form of algorithmic art that represents the combination of science, innovation, and beauty. A fitting reflection of the diverse people, industries, and ideas that make Brevard County extraordinary.
For our alumni, it's more than a piece of art. It's a symbol of growth, connection, and a shared commitment to leading our community forward. Each one unique to their graduation year. That's why you'll find Leadership Brevard fractals proudly displayed in offices throughout Brevard, a badge of honor representing a journey that continues long after graduation.
Here's to the leaders who proudly display theirs and to those who will earn one next.
✨ Applications for the Leadership Brevard Class of 2027 are now open.

💡 CAP Spotlight: Galaxy Springs Reality Simulation
One of Leadership Brevard's 2026 Community Acceleration Project (CAP) Teams partnered with Innovative Community Advancement Network to put on its Reality Simulation program, an immersive financial literacy experience that helps students build practical money management skills through real-world decision-making related to budgeting, saving, credit, debt, and financial planning.
By creating engaging, hands-on learning opportunities, this project helps prepare students for future financial success while strengthening financial literacy education in our community.
This is the power of CAP—connecting leadership, innovation, and community impact.
