Come check out the Harlem Middle School Multicultural Fair this Thursday! There’s going to be performances, so many fun activities, and a lot of amazing things put together by the incredible staff and students.

Okay… I finally did it.

Conchas are officially on the menu.

Soft, fluffy, just the right amount of sweet, and that perfectly crackly top that makes you want to “just try one”… and then suddenly it’s gone.

Flavors right now:
Strawberry
Chocolate
Vanilla

They’re simple, cozy, and kind of hard not to love.

I’ve been really tempted to fill them with things like Nutella, custard, or strawberry cream… so if that sounds like something you’d want, tell me before I fully commit.
