What is it like unpacking the car after a Bloom Bar event? 🌸✨

Honestly… not that hard.
But also… why does it take SO long 😭

Buckets, stems, wraps, tools… like where did all of this even come from??

At one point I almost needed to play
“baby… where the hell is my husband?” because WHERE WAS THE HELP 😂

But hey… outfit was on brand, blooms were stunning, and the event was worth it 🤍✨

A couple Sundays ago we had two Bloom Bar setups back-to-back 🌸 and now it’s time to bring it all back together.

Resetting the car, restocking, and getting the Bloom Bar corner in the warehouse back to perfection—because the magic doesn’t just happen at events, it starts here.

Behind every setup is a whole lot of prep, organizing, and a little chaos turned into something beautiful 💫

Ready for another busy week 💕

We fit TWO balloon installs into an Equinox (don’t ask how) 🎈
then drove to Chicago for a photo booth booking 📸

Meanwhile:
checking ink, packing props, setting guest books, prepping EVERY detail like crazy

Oh… and the balloons almost flew away 😭
I would’ve been sprinting down the street real fast

7am–8pm day
