Now open at 1965 Harlem Road in Loves Park—the Winnebago County Clerk’s Office!

We are excited to welcome the Winnebago County Clerk as the newest tenant at the Harlem & Alpine shopping center. The County Clerk’s Office provides a variety of important services to the community, including voter registration, election services, birth and death certificates, marriage licenses, and business registrations.

This new Loves Park location offers residents throughout the region convenient access to essential county resources and services.

Colleagues and friends remember businessman and philanthropist, Sunil Puri A celebration of life will be held for Puri this Saturday at City First Church at noon.

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our founder and owner, Sunil Puri.

Sunil built First Midwest Group with extraordinary vision, determination, and integrity. His leadership helped shape not only our company, but also the broader community through decades of business leadership, philanthropy, and civic commitment.

From arriving in Rockford with little more than ambition and resolve, to building one of the region’s most impactful companies, his life was an extraordinary example of perseverance, generosity, and belief in what is possible.

His legacy will continue to live on through the company he built, the community he helped transform, and the many people whose lives he touched.
