“Sympathy Magic” by Florence and the Machine. I’m in love with Lily Allen, Neko Case, and Florence and the Machine right now. Florence and the Machine had me the first time I heard “ Dog Days are Over” on NPR. I have seen the band once and it was electrifying. This spring I have the honor and privilege of attending an upcoming Florence and the Machine concert with family. It doesn’t get much better than that. All three of the above mentioned musical artists are considered feminist and all have powerful new albums out. STUDIO REPORT I am having fun with a new piece like I haven’t had fun with a piece in a long time. Playing with little dolls is very healing. It feels good to be back.
