Rock Island Rocks Basketball

Rocks go 3-1 on the weekend with wins over Glenbard South, Chicago Curie and Lemont. The Rocks one loss was to a tough and talented Belleville West team. We are still learning as a group but very proud of our efforts.

Our annual summer event, The Sharp Shootout is next week. We will be posting the schedule in the next few days.

We are traveling to Chicagoland area to participate in the invite only Riverside-Brookfield NCAA live event. This is a great opportunity for our current student athletes to seen by college coaches.

All games will be on live stream via NFHS.

Congratulations to the Rocky Varsity Boys Basketball team on traveling to Peoria and winning the Richwoods Summer Shootout for the second year in a row. The Rocks achieved a perfect 7-0 record over the past 2 days. What a great start against tough competition.
