Anyone else run across this issue? Windows 7 computer is otherwise working normally with up to date A/V installed. But part of the screen is un-clickable. you can drag the affected window up an inch or two and be able to click everything normally. But when you drag it back to the area it originated from those same items return to being un-clickable. A quick search lead me to issues with explorer.exe, in that if there are more than one, that this could be the source of the problem, and killing off all but one explorer process should return it to normal. I addressed the issue with a reboot which accomplished the same thing and the problem was gone.
I got windows 10 over the weekend also. So far I like it. It's pretty responsive, though I've had a few issues with Cortana and usb network adaptors. None the less it's a good OS!
I know my wife received the Windows 10 update, how about anyone else?
