Wondering where the Apache Mall water tower “air dancer” went?

The water tower is getting a much-needed makeover! Within the next 30 days, crews will be restoring and repainting the tower, with work expected to wrap up by November 1.

The project includes:
• Repainting the tower inside and out
• Making structural and concrete repairs
• Replacing aging components and improving safety features

To keep everyone safe during construction, the air dancer will take this season off and return next spring.

Thanks for your patience as we invest in maintaining one of Rochester’s important water facilities for years to come!
