This took much longer than expected (aprox 3 years) but our entire pipeline is functional and we have integrated deep learning (tensorflow) into the identification of indels and SNPs giving the accuracy we are finally comfortable going to market with. Our plan is to do a kickstarter next and publish all the exomes we presently have freely to the public along with the corresponding ontological data.

We have been accepted into the RIT Incubator, 10 out of 70 companies per year are selected and we made the cut. Today was move in day and we have plenty of room to grow!
