Rochester Running Club

Introducing “The Manneq Runndays”, RRC’s relay team for this weekend’s Dances with Dirt 55 mile trail relay race in Hell, Michigan. (Also includes our mascot, Stacy Nary)
Did we win any prizes? No, but we braved trails, dirt, mud, water crossings, falls, scrapes, excessive heat and had type 2 fun doing it.

Do you love sweating? Do you love running laps in a steam room with friends? If yes, tonight's run might be for you! Bring your hydration and join us tonight at 7pm for our group run.

Open to all paces and anyone who would like to join. We run ~5k around Paint Creek trail & downtown Rochester, route info on link below. If you're free, stay with us after for food and drinks!
