availability to them to develop their own local agreements at their worksite or cluster. Many of the agreements they have agreed to are: vacation time off, holiday's, schedules overtime rosters, ect. The local has agreed to their agreement along with management and have copies printed on OMRDD news so that all members are aware of the agreements before bidding on those work locations. The members take pride in their area's and make sure that the agreements are followed because they have invested their time and have ownership. The local's labor management committee is made up of our stewards and contact members of the worksites. They are able to bring direct information to the table because they are hands on at their jobs, majority of the day to day issues are resolved at the cluster meetings, major issues are discussed on a monthly basis.
