Every October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) and RAEN is proud to support NDEAM!! This year, we honor the 80th anniversary of NDEAM, Celebrating Value and Talent, in recognition of the positive impact of people with disabilities in the workforce.

In Rochester, NY, we celebrated supportive and inclusive employers who were nominated for their innovative employment practices that ensure barriers are removed and support is optimized so that everyone can contribute in their own way!
